How to Complete a Capstone
The applied-project guide candidates follow, with the review rubric.
The GAISB-301 item bank and answer keys are not published in the portal. Certified instructors request them, and capstone review rubrics, through instructors@gaisb.org.
The eight-criterion review rubric
Candidates don't earn Team Architect by watching videos. They install a working system and defend it. Every project is scored against these criteria by a four-reviewer panel.
Did the candidate identify a real and meaningful time leak?
Was the selected workflow valuable, practical, and appropriate?
Was the solution clear, usable, and aligned with the executive's needs?
Was the system demonstrated, documented, and usable?
Were privacy, security, accuracy, and human oversight considered?
Was the time saved or operational gain clearly measured?
Could someone else understand and run the system?
Was the applied project communicated clearly and professionally?
