Camp I · Stations 01–03
Base Camp

You leave with: the GAISB credential, the decks run end-to-end, the labs built with your own hands.
Camp II · Stations 04–06
The Climb
The GAISB Instructor Academy: five days of live delivery practice, lab facilitation drills, and assessment calibration — then your 15-minute teaching video.
You leave with: Academy completion and a rubric-passed teaching video.
Camp III · Stations 07–09
The Summit
Certification, your first cohorts, and the climb repeated across all three credentials until you reach Master.

Camp I · The Credential

Earn What You Will Teach.

No instructor teaches a level they haven't passed. Complete the self-guided program, sit the proctored exam, and put your own credential on-chain, so you know exactly what you're asking of every candidate.

Why it matters

Your candidates will ask what the exam was like. You'll answer from memory, not from a manual. Instructors who've felt the pressure of the clock teach readiness, not just content.

Camp I · The Materials

Run Every Deck. Build Every Lab.

Download the official instructor slides and run each module aloud. Then complete every AI Builder Lab yourself, end-to-end: twice. Once to learn it, once to learn where candidates will get stuck.

Base camp checklist
  • All decks rehearsed: timed, out loud, at teaching pace.
  • All labs completed, with your own troubleshooting notes per checkpoint.
  • Current models tested: labs re-run within 7 days of any cohort.

Camp I · The Pedagogy

Learn How GAISB Classes Are Built.

Read Teaching Effectively for GAISB: the 20/70/10 rule, labs-first design, narrated judgment, teach-backs, and the assessment-integrity covenant. This is the doctrine the Academy will drill.

Camp II · The Academy

Attend the GAISB Instructor Academy.

Five days, live, with GAISB faculty: the Miami Fast-Track. Delivery practice under observation, lab-facilitation drills, assessment calibration, and the instructor exam. This is the gateway; there is no route around it.

What five days buys you

You will teach in front of peers who critique you, facilitate a lab that goes sideways on purpose, and calibrate your scoring against GAISB assessors until your judgment matches the standard. Cohorts are small and they fill.

Camp II · The Rehearsal

Teach It Small Before You Teach It Big.

Between the Academy and your video, run a practice module: colleagues, a pilot group, a lunch-and-learn. Apply the rubric to yourself: pacing, lab checkpoints, narrated judgment, a shipped artifact.

The rubric watches for
  • Structure: 20/70/10 held; theory only when the next lab needs it.
  • Facilitation. Every screen working before you advance.
  • Judgment: choices explained aloud, failures debugged publicly.
  • Integrity: blueprint-level exam guidance only, always.

Fifteen Minutes That Certify You.

Record 15 minutes of you teaching one official module: real learners, real lab moment. Submit it. GAISB faculty score it against the delivery rubric within 10 business days. Pass, and the climb is complete.

If it doesn't pass

You get a rubric-scored review and two free resubmissions. Most instructors pass on resubmit after tightening pacing and lab checkpoints. The bar doesn't move — you do.

Camp III · The Cohorts

Deliver. Measure. Compound.

Run your first cohorts with the Cohort Launch Checklist. Your pass rates, quality audits, and candidate NPS now build your standing, and your ATP's. Great instructors are the growth engine of great ATPs.

Good standing means
  • Quality scores maintained across audits and candidate feedback.
  • Recertification every 2 years: online or refresher cohort.
  • Conduct: vendor neutrality and assessment integrity, always.

Camp III · The Title

Master Certified GAISB Instructor.

Repeat the climb for the other two credentials. Hold all three instructor certifications (AI Essentials, AI Practitioner, and AI Team Architect) and you carry the network's highest teaching title.

What Master status carries

Public designation in the instructor directory. Priority for GAISB-routed enterprise and government engagements. Double-weighted nominations for Instructor of the Year. And the quiet authority of being one of the few who can teach the entire ladder.

The room is yours.

Three credentials. One Academy. Fifteen minutes on tape, repeated until the whole ladder is yours to teach. The Instructor Ascent ends where every great class begins — with you at the front of the room, carrying the standard.
