One Program Seat per candidate, ordered from GAISB. It is standardized worldwide and not modifiable: it arrives complete, so you never have to build or maintain it. Each seat includes: 1. Self-Guided Course (five modules plus orientation, online and on-demand, hosted and maintained by GAISB; candidates get access the day their seat activates) · 2. Exam Prep Intensive (structured pre-exam review, live sessions plus recorded library, run centrally by GAISB on a published schedule; you don't staff it and you don't charge for it) · 3. Capstone (Applied AI Project) Review (the candidate's real AI workflow, judged by a GAISB reviewer panel against the published rubric) · 4. Global Registry Listing & Digital Badge (a permanent public entry under the candidate's own credential ID). The exam voucher is ordered separately. The program has exactly two halves. The Program Seat arrives from GAISB, standardized and not modifiable: the four components above. Instructor-Led Delivery is yours to schedule, staff, price and keep: your Live Cohort (your instructor-led run of the curriculum, a class that starts and finishes together) and your Labs (the four official hands-on labs, run jointly with GAISB at first, then handed over to you). Both must be delivered by a GAISB-certified instructor on your roster. You set the price on your Live Cohort and your Labs, and GAISB takes no share of them.
