Instructor Certification

Become a Certified GAISB Instructor.

You hold the credential. Now prove you can teach it. Record one module, submit your video, pass the review, and earn the mark.

The process

Five steps to the mark

1

Get certified in the program you'll deliver

Attend the official GAISB program and earn the certification for the program you want to teach. See the program delivery packs for each path.

2

Be attached to an Authorized Training Partner

Instructor certification is sponsored through your ATP. Confirm you're on your partner's instructor roster before submitting.

3

Complete "How to Teach Effectively for GAISB"

The official instructor course: session design, lab facilitation, live prompting, and assessment integrity. Start in the Teaching Hub.

4

Submit your Instructor Review video

Record 10 minutes of you delivering the program you want to teach: live prompting and lab facilitation, not a slide read-through. Send your video link to instructors@gaisb.org; faculty score it against the official delivery rubric.

5

Pay the certification review fee — $295 USD

A one-time, non-refundable review fee of $295 USD accompanies your submission. Pass, and you're a Certified GAISB Instructor: instructor logo, registry listing, and authorization to deliver. Sustained quality advances you toward Certified Master GAISB Instructor.

The two marks

Certified & Master Certified

Level 1
Certified GAISB Instructor

Authorized to deliver GAISB at your certified level. Carries the Certified GAISB Instructor logo and registry listing.

Level 2
Certified Master GAISB Instructor

The advanced mark for a proven track record of high-quality delivery across programs: the instructors who mentor others.

Stay certified

Renewal & continuing education

Annual renewal

Instructor certification renews yearly. Keep a current GAISB credential, re-affirm the instructor agreement, and show proof of at least one delivery in the past year. Instructional-skills vetting is a one-time entry requirement, not an annual one.

Continuing education (CPE)

Maintain your GAISB credential on its two-year CPE cycle through GAISB Club and approved AI learning. Your instructor standing follows your credential: let it lapse and delivery authorization pauses.

Standing & quality

Learner evaluations feed your standing. Sustained strong delivery advances you toward Certified Master GAISB Instructor; sustained low scores without improvement put certification at risk.

The community

You're not teaching alone.

Certified GAISB Instructors join a global community of practitioners who deliver the standard: a place for the latest slides and lab updates, exam-blueprint changes, delivery best practices, and peer support.

Resource hub

The latest decks, lab guides, and errata: always current, in the Teaching Hub and per-program pages.

Update alerts

Exam-blueprint and courseware changes pushed to instructors before they hit the classroom.

Peer network

Trade delivery tactics with other Certified GAISB Instructors and mentor toward the Master mark.
