Program Standards & Quality

One standard, delivered everywhere.

The ATP mark is a public trust signal, and it only means something because the standard behind it is enforced. Here is how GAISB holds delivery quality across every partner.

The delivery standard

What every ATP commits to

Official courseware only

Deliver the official GAISB courseware and labs, never self-made material. What's taught matches what's tested, at the sanctioned depth for each program.

Certified, current instructors

Only Certified GAISB Instructors deliver, each holding a current GAISB credential. Register a certified instructor within onboarding, and maintain coverage, or authorization lapses.

Hands-on labs mapped to the exam

Every program's GAISB Labs map to the exam blueprint, so candidates prove skill, not recall.

The quality loop

How quality is measured — automatically

1

Every learner is evaluated

At course completion, each candidate completes a course evaluation. The exam voucher releases only after the evaluation is submitted, so quality data is captured on every learner, with no manual chase.

2

Satisfaction feeds your standing and your instructors

Evaluation scores roll up into your learner-CSAT metric (Certified floor: 4.5 / 5) and into each instructor's standing. Sustained low scores without improvement put both instructor certification and your ATP standing at risk.

3

Outcomes are tracked over a rolling year

Learners certified, pass rate, CSAT, and instructor currency are measured on a rolling 12-month window and refreshed monthly on your Performance Dashboard. You always know where you stand.

4

GAISB audits delivery

Delivery is audited against the Quality Assurance Manual. Findings are handled through documented due process, with support to improve first, and consequences where standards aren't met.

Accountability

The rules that protect the credential

What keeps your authorization active

Current certified-instructor coverage · official courseware delivery · learner CSAT at or above the program floor · timely evaluation completion · adherence to the Code of Conduct.

What puts it at risk

No active Certified GAISB Instructor · delivering unofficial material · sustained low satisfaction without improvement · assessment-integrity or brand-use violations.
